Get an exchange or wallet app
Any crypto exchange, P2P service or wallet app works, as long as it lets you buy USDT and send it on TRC-20. Sign up and finish its ID check.
Buy USDT
Pay by card or bank transfer inside the app. Buy a little more than the pack price: sending usually costs about 1 USDT in fees.
For the $25 pack, buy 26 to 27 USDT.
Send it on TRC-20 to your invoice
In the app, open Withdraw and pick USDT, then the TRC-20 network (some apps call it Tron). Paste the address from your FootyBoss invoice or scan its QR. The exact invoice amount has to arrive, after fees.
Wait about 2 minutes
When the network confirms, your gems arrive. The invoice page updates by itself, so you can leave it open.
Only TRC-20. Other networks lose the payment.
USDT sent on ERC-20, BEP-20 or any other network never reaches us and can't be returned. Check the network twice before you confirm.
Every invoice has its own amount and address. Never send to an old one.
Questions
I sent a bit less than the invoice. What now?
The payment shows as partial and our team sorts it out by hand, usually within a day. Write to support with your invoice number. Don't send it again.
Can I turn gems back into USDT?
No. Gems stay in the game. They can't be withdrawn or swapped for coins.
It's been 10 minutes and no gems
Check the withdrawal in your app. It should say completed, on TRC-20. If it does, write to support with your invoice number and we'll trace the transaction for you.
