FOOTYBOSS

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 5, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Roman Larin ("we") about FootyBoss, a free-to-play football manager game that runs in your browser. By creating an account you accept them.

Who we are

FootyBoss is run by Roman Larin, Ukraine. You can write to us at hello@footyboss.net.

Eligibility: 18 and over

FootyBoss is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or of full legal age where you live if that is higher. At sign-up you confirm your age and accept these terms; we may ask you to prove it.

We close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.

Your account

You sign in with an email and a password, or with Google. Give a real email address: purchases need a confirmed email, and we send password resets and receipts there.

One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself; what happens on your account is your responsibility until you tell us it was taken over.

You can delete your account in your profile at any time. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.

Coins, gems and players

Coins, gems, players, packs, cosmetics and everything else in the game are virtual items with no cash value. You get a licence to use them inside FootyBoss, not ownership.

They cannot be exchanged for money, and we have no duty to buy them back. Selling a player on the in-game market pays coins, not money.

We balance the game from time to time: ratings, prices, odds, rewards and rules can change, and so can the way a season works.

Purchases and refunds

FootyBoss is free to play. You can buy gems with USDT (TRC-20) through our crypto payment gateway. Prices are shown in USDT before you pay, and an invoice shows the exact amount and address. Send the exact amount from a wallet you control; network fees are yours.

Gems are credited when the payment is confirmed on the network. If you send the wrong amount or pay after an invoice has expired, write to us at hello@footyboss.net with the transaction details and we will sort it out.

Refunds: gems are digital content that we credit as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the game has no refund button, so refunds are handled by hand: write to hello@footyboss.net with your invoice number. We return the money when a payment reached us but we could not credit it as a purchase, for example when it arrived after you deleted your account, when it was less than the invoice and we did not credit the gems, or when it was more than the invoice or paid an invoice a second time (we return the extra). We send refunds in USDT on TRC-20 to an address you give us; USDT sent on another network never reaches us and cannot be returned. If we close an account for breaking the rules, the gems on it are not refunded, unless the law requires it. If the law where you live gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU, you keep it. This does not limit rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Paying is never required to play, and nothing you buy guarantees a result in a match.

Player packs and odds

Some items, such as player packs, give a random result. We publish the exact chances for every pack on the pack odds page, and the packs follow those chances. The page is always up to date.

Packs paid for with gems are not available in Belgium. We apply this by the country you choose when you create your club and by the location of your internet connection (IP address): packs for gems are unavailable if your club country is Belgium or your connection comes from Belgium.

Fair play

You agree to follow the game rules: no multiple accounts, no exploiting bugs, no trading for real money, no offensive names, no cheating tools.

If you break them we may warn you, reset your progress, or ban the account, as described in the rules. You can complain about another player at /report.

Names and what you write

You choose a club name, a stadium name and a short name. They are public. They must not be offensive, hateful, misleading, or someone else's trademark or personal name. We may change or remove a name that breaks this.

The game, its design, code, texts and artwork belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy them, scrape the site or build tools that play for you.

The service

We try to keep the game running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change, pause or end any part of the service. If we end the whole game, we will tell you in advance where we can.

Matches and seasons run on a schedule on our servers; what the server records is what counts.

Our liability

The game is provided "as is". Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited, or our liability for death, injury, fraud or gross negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost virtual items, or losses caused by your wallet, the blockchain network or a third party. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow one, for example to harm we cause on purpose or through gross negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the rules, or that puts the game or other players at risk.

While an account is suspended (blocked), you cannot sign in or play, but its club, coins, gems and items stay on it and come back to you if the block is lifted. Deleting an account, whether you do it in your profile or we close it, removes its club, coins, gems and items for good.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Where you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.

Please contact us first at hello@footyboss.net or through /report; most problems can be solved without a dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change matters, we will tell you in the game or by email before it applies; carrying on playing after that means you accept it.
